A spacious private suite with its own private entrance, separate from the house. We are usually on the property, but often do not see our guests. The suite entrance is at the end of the drive, & driveway open for your use. Quiet and secluded neighborhood across the street from a park with a 1/2-mile treed walking path with benches and play equipment. We’re located in the heart of East Hill, which is a very charming and established neighborhood. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet only about a 5-10 minute drive downtown Pensacola. We will do everything we can to make your stay great! The guest house is located directly off of our private carriageway behind the house.

This is part of a compound with two structures ! There are 3 bedroom in the main house and the cozy studio is a beautifully converted space with private bath, cold / hot air unit , refrigerator , walk in closet ect ect . Note : you share the laundry room only which is rarely used . You have 2 door with your keys that only i have an extra set .
