The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.
The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Surrey Hills Forge
This 1855 Blacksmith's Forge is newly converted especially for guests to enjoy the Outstanding Natural Beauty of the Surrey Hills (AONB) This self-contained Studio affords Luxury & Comfort, with freedom to come & go as you please. The Forge is part of the main property accessed through the garden, it does not have a separate driveway. You'll be enjoying a private garden location. Ewell East station is just a 10 minute walk, with direct trains to Victoria and London Bridge. An ideal base for exploring the peaceful surroundings of Surrey and the vibrant city life of London. Close to Epsom Racecourse, Ewell Village and Cheam Village with plenty of good pubs, shops and restaurants. It has a King size bed, fully equipped kitchen with double oven and dishwasher.

International guests will find us conveniently situated within 30mins drive of London Gatwick and Heathrow Airports (traffic permitting) and 40mins by train into central London. Ideal for those needing a base to enjoy the delights that Surrey has to offer or somewhere quiet to work from.

King-size bed, en-suite, kitchenette & private outside space. 8min walk to 2 stations into central London (Waterloo 25min, Wimbledon 15min). Good links to Hampton Court, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey walks and villages. Superloop 7 Bus (SL7) direct to and from Heathrow Airport, 1hour. Very quiet residential road with free parking. No more than 2 guest permitted at anytime on the property. No smoking/vaping on the property.

Our newly renovated spacious 2 bedroom annex is situated in a wide tree lined road, a premier location just a few minutes walk away from the charming cafés, shops and restaurants of Hampton Court Village, Hampton Court Palace and local train station. Adjacent to but detached from our elegant Victorian family home, this bright and stylish space is tranquil and self contained and enjoys additional benefits of a private south facing patio garden and dedicated off street parking space.

Beautiful hand-crafted woodland cabin with hot tub
This stunning hand-crafted cabin is the master piece of a highly talented Sussex craftsman. It is constructed using sustainable oak, chestnut and ash from the surrounding woods. It is full of gorgeous bespoke detailing, for example the entrance to the cabin is inspired by a sea cave in Cornwall. It's secret location is like another world, up on a bank above a winding stream in the dappled light of old oak trees. The air is full of bird song and deer run freely all around.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The house is very spacious with a good sized garden. Four double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Master suite with ensuite bathroom. Main bathroom and also shower room downstairs. Plenty of kitchen area with bar seating and also washing machine in separate annexe area. Excellent transport facilities nearby with both buses and trains. Very close to The Epsom Downs Racecourse. Excellent walking area.

The woodland Zeppelin is designed differently inside to the original Airship 001, to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal. It was designed by the architect Roderick James.
