Holiday rentals with breakfast in Epsom

We loved our stay at Jo"s place. Jo is so warm, and friendly, and made us feel very welcomed. The setting was idyllic, and private, with stunning views. We appreciated how comfortable, and cozy the accomodation was, and felt well taken care of. Yunfeng is a very nice host, her place is a spacious ensuite room, clean and cozy ! The separated entrance to the room gives you privacy. The garden is also really enjoyable in a sunny day .I will definitely go back

We have just had a wonderful week at Angee’s place. Very close to the beach and cafes. Little and Friday is an easy work. Wild wheat is just around the corner. We found Angee’s place very clean and tidy. Angee was great to communicate with very. We would recommend this as a great stay.

Wow wow wow, what a place to find. From the moment we stepped though the door we felt at home. Tammee's home is absolutely spotless, with beautiful linen and furniture. She has provided everything you need and more, with so many thoughtful extras. Baby friendly, with the cot made up with sheets and a super soft baby towel provided. Tammee is a top host, with great communication, accommodative and friendly. We can't wait to visit again next year. Thank you so much for a 5+ star stay.

Great location, walkable to beach and restaurants. Nice living space opens out to covered deck and garden, would be very nice once pool renovation is complete. House is mostly cool with summer weather, note there is no central air conditioning. We did not need it during our stay. Minor improvements could be kitchen utensils update ie knives that are sharp, lids for pots etc, consider rubbish bins in bathrooms and shampoo/conditioners. Tissues in house. Hairdryer was missing however when informed, one was delivered to house within the hour. Very responsive hosts. Would stay with them again.

Julie’s place was lovely. We felt really at home. The location is superb with restaurants, wine bar , cinema and great walks. Access to the city is great. All in all a great place to stay. Thanks Julie for letting us use your lovely home.

Paula's place was great! Such a great location to stay at in Auckland. Plenty of space with 2 separate rooms with Queen sized beds. Very nice washroom. We really appreciated how friendly and welcoming Paula and her partner were. Recommended for a amazing, relaxing stay in Auckland!

A perfect stay in Auckland. The property is in Castor Bay which is lovely and peaceful. There are lots of great restaurants nearby too. The property is very spacious, the amenities are modern and even has views of the sea from one of the bedrooms, living room/kitchen. Michaela and Andrew left milk, coffee pods, bread, eggs, jam and even Whittaker’s chocolate to have which was a lovely surprise!

Really loved our stay at this absolutely stunning apartment - super comfy, clean and well-equiped with everything we needed. Electric blanket came in handy, kitchen was well-stocked and check-in was easy. Also really handy being so close to Britomart Station and an array of great CBD restaurants. Truly an amazing apartment - highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Dean & Margaret's place was as great start to our North Island road trip. Great location, nice and tidy. Very friendly hosts and has everything you could need for a short or longer stay. Bonus of some freshly baked cookies. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Great location! Lots of restaurants, shops, department stores, etc. In walking distance. Great public transportation. Lots to see nearby. Great host! Lack of central ventilation could be problem if you like coocking. A/C would be nice.

Although we didn’t meet our hosts our stay really lovely. Easy access, very clean and charming surroundings. Loved the extra treats upon our arrival and your breakfast basket. Will definitely recommend to others and stay again if available. Loved visiting our ‘old haunts’ of West Auckland from 25 years ago. Thank you so much.

Felicity was a great host, very welcoming and wanting to help with anything you could need. Her home was very tidy, and felt like an oasis of calm. The room itself was spacious with a good sized private en-suite bathroom. I enjoyed my stay with Felicity.

A handy spot for Devonport or Takapuna. Easy to find. Very small bedrooms up a flight of stairs from the small bathroom & toilet combined. Lovely kind hosts.

I needed a place to stay for the night in between flights and this was a solid option! Room was exactly as pictured, very clean, and had everything I needed. Host was very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you, Susantha!

It's been the most pleasant stay I've had while using Airbnb. Not only were the information accurate, but Mani and her husband really went an extra mile to make me feel at home. And that is how I felt- at home. They were pleasant , supportive, and serviceminded (helped me shop spices and drove me to the airport). And her food- it was to die for! I've tasted delicious food iver the years but Mani is at a league for herself. I genuinally recommend to stay with her of all my heart.

Amazing hosts and an amazing place to stay. Gerry and Jeanette ensured our whole family felt very welcome. The breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were very friendly. They gave us a ton of local information and great tips on what to do and see.

This was an outstanding place to stay. Modern, clean, and super tastefully renovated space in a beautiful area of Auckland and within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, parks and shops. I would highly recommend. Judith and Gerard were the perfect hosts giving me privacy yet open, friendly and had great recommendations. Next time I come to Auckland I would definitely stay here. She was such a pretty lady helped us with the itinerary for our trip and gave good comfort to us. Went out of the way for us till 3 in the morning discussing our travel plans and suggesting some good alternatives options .
