Private driveway for off street parking, wheelchair access ramp off back driveway area, fenced in back yard. Beautiful promenade on back street 1 short block away overlooking the bay. This home may not be well suited to anyone with balance issues as this is a older home. Floor surfaces may be/feel uneven..

Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.
