It is 800 meters to Denmark's most amazing white sandy beach and 900 meters to Blåvand town, which offers several shopping opportunities, bars, restaurants and shops. The house was built in 2023 and heated with an economical heat pump, which means low consumption costs for you as a tenant. There's underfloor heating all over the house.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a cozy townhouse, and it has all the things you need.
