The Lakeside Lookout is a fantastic place to stay when you are in Starkville! It is very close to Mississippi State. The condo is very well equipped, very clean, and a great value!

Great place to stay. Very quiet and relaxing right on the river. Tedra was very helpful and took care of all our needs. Will stay here again when we are in the area.

Very nice place to stay the weekend. Beautiful view and if you love Elvis, you’ll like one of the rooms a lot😊. Waking up to deer grazing in the front yard 25 feet away was icing on the cake. 10 out of 10.

Mrs. Robin was a great host! House was very clean and had everything we needed. She responded fast and the check in was very easy! The back patio is very peaceful and fun place to hang out with friends!

The house itself was as described, clean and comfortable. Just know the neighborhood and surrounding area isn't really the best to plan on walking to anything and be aware of your surroundings.

We had a wonderful time at Camp Velvet. This was our second visit and it was so very peaceful. The beautiful fall weather and foliage made everything so delightful. What a pleasure to sit on the back porch, drink a cup of tea, and take in the sounds and scenery. The cabin was squeaky clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We had a lovely time exploring the property and hiking around the trails. Truly a lovely break from city life. Victoria and John are wonderful hosts that are responsive and caring. They take the time to fill in the little details that help make the stay so enjoyable. If you get a chance, go to Camp Velvet! Can’t wait to return sometime soon 😊

Karen’s villas were clean and nest. Karen herself was very responsive and she is a very nice person to deal with. She is very down to earth and easy to talk to and clearly cares about her tenants and their comfort. We are in the area a few times a year and will highly consider coming back. Thanks Karen!

My wife and I stayed during a football weekend. We loved the location at the edge of town. We felt like we were in the country but were close campus and all activities. Lisa and her family were the epitome of souther hospitality. They went above and beyond our expectations! Thanks for making this a memorable weekend! We plan on coming back and staying sometime during baseball season.
