When our son got married we converted our hay barn into a wedding venue with a built-in apt for them to use for a short time. It's now available for you to enjoy! The apt has one king bedroom with a full bath, a living area, full kitchen, half bath, a covered deck area along with an open deck area, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the farm, such as our stocked fish pond. We are in the country, but close to the interstate and the city of Oneonta. It's the perfect, peaceful country getaway!

This mid-century modern loft features an open-concept space, a master suite with a queen bed, 2 custom tile showers, a walk-in closet & free laundry. The 2nd bedroom listed is actually the living room since it has a full bath. We have a queen air Mattress and 2 comfy beds that fold out. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. This place is close to everything.

The Cotton Pickin' Little Farmhouse

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. An air mattress is available upon request. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

Please be sure to select the correct number of people that will be staying and also be sure to let us know if you will have any pets with you. *PLEASE NOTE- you will be in a rustic, rural setting. This means you might see wildlife and bugs around the property at times.

Mountain Lake Villa

A tiny home that is located right at the foot of Lookout Mountain and just in front of Weiss Lake. Here you are less than a mile from a public boat access. Minutes away from Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Little River, Coosa River, and Neely Henry Lake. The home sits across the field from me and is situated with a twin home that could be rented by someone else. Yours will be the one on the left.

Sitting atop a hill overlooking the beautiful scenery sits this 1920’s Little Red Caboose. Bright and light within and sitting upon actual railroad tracks, you will feel like you are a world apart. Snuggle into the queen size bed and enjoy an escape on the rails. Brew a fresh cup of coffee and throw open the door to the mini porch and enjoy the view.

Enjoy this beautiful home away from home lake house. Walk right into the water and enjoy the 2 boat slips, large dock with slide, and views of the foothills of the Appalachian mountains. The house sits on 2+ acers of land, 300+ feet of waterfront, a covered pavilion that has 3 sets of patio furniture, covered parking, and a view that never gets old.
