Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

The cottage offers a perfect retreat for those looking for a base to explore the beautiful surrounding area. The semi-detached cottage offers open plan kitchen, living and dining area with underfloor heating and a cosy log burner. It has two bedrooms and can sleep a total of three people.
