Our family house built in 1728, just renoved in 2019, offers a perfect spot for holidays and weekend, for quality time with large families or friends gathering. Close to the nature, with a large garden, in the middle of fields and forest, you will enjoy the calm of the countryside with style and confort. This charming house located in the south of Paris, will allow you to visit all the south of Paris (Fontainebleau, Versailles, Chamarande, Château of the Loire valley, Chartres, Orléans...)

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. In one of the prettiest regions of Île de France, on the edge of the forest of Rambouillet, in the Upper Chevreuse Valley, with a wonderful view of peaceful pastures where horses graze, the Domaine du Cerf Volant is an enchanting haven 1 hour from Paris by car (or train), close to Versailles and the beauties of Île de France. Away from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a green setting of 2 hectares, set with majestic oaks, bordered by a rû and punctuated by a small pond.

Country and family home

Country house where you can meet with family to share friendly moments in the quiet of the countryside, or organise events in Reunion such as baptisms, weddings, etc. The house must be returned to the state you found it in. Mandatory cleaning option 60 euros from 26/05/2025. The house consists of 5 bedrooms including 2 with a double bed, 2 with 2 single beds and 1 with a single bed convertible into 2 , 1 mezzanine with a double bed,and a sofa bed in the living room.
