We loved everything about Philippe’s place. He greeted us warmly and gave excellent recommendations for things to do in Evreux and Normandy. Philippe is one of the most hospitable hosts we’ve ever had. The apartment is charming, very clean and equipped with the perfect amenities. Historical sites, shopping, parks, train station and woods were all within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay immensely and loved coming home to the cozy apartment at the end of the day. We highly recommend.

We had a very pleasant 3-day weekend at Helena and Jeremy's apartment. The building is easy to access (even if the GPS took us to the street next door, a phone call to Helena and she directed us to the right place). The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, well decorated and sufficiently equipped. It's like home! It is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator so it may require a special organization for families / with infants, strollers / people with reduced mobility. Helena remains available and attentive if necessary. The location of the accommodation is ideal, quiet, close to Rouen, and shops. For example, Saturday night we enjoyed at “the house of happiness” (very good restaurant 200 meters away, for oriental food lovers and dance party) 😉 I highly recommend it!

Mariam was very responsive and wonderful host .. The place is even more better than the photos . We ( four adults and 2 toddlers ) stayed comfortably all essentials shops are just few meters away from the house . Overall it was really good stay at the place .

Ideal accommodation in a perfectly located residential area. The apartment, very clean, does not lack charm ... or amenities (we can't be more complete!). It would take more than a few words to summarize the good points but the private parking space right in front, the huge terrace, TV equipment and shower are at least to be noted. Host is responsive and thoughtful.

Well worth the 45 minute extra travel time to Paris if you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful and affordable accommodation.

Comfortable, well-kept home in walking distance to the expo center where we were attending events. The local recommendations were excellent, and overall we were very happy with our stay. Valeria met us when we arrived so that she could give us the keys and welcome us. She was flexible with our schedule.

Chartres is amazing, however visiting Chartres and getting the opportunity to stay in this apartment is truly magical. The apartment is so comfortable you will not want to leave. It has everything, so comfortable and peaceful yet minutes to the old town amongst the visitors, shops and numerous eateries. This was our second visit with our trusted dog and we returned due to the amazing apartment but also the host. She is amazing. Plan and come to this place. You will never regret it.

I booked a studio for my grandparents for two days, and they were delighted with their stay. Meal prepared by Cyril, they loved it! The apartment was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Love the place , just love it

Great location as it was not in a busy neighborhood but was still very close and walkable to the main areas of the city. Great sized kitchen for two people and worked well for a month. On colder days being able to run the heaters was nice and being able to open the windows on warmer days for a breeze. Overall, really enjoyed the space and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Excellent stay, a great welcome on arrival. I would recommend this accommodation.

The stay at Mathieu's apartment was great. Great design and very nice terrace. The process was smooth and well organized. Free parking is available right next to the property and save a lot of stress. Kids had a fun time in the large and very well maintained pool. By train you can get to the center of Paris in max. 30 min. We were very pleased.
