Independent, duplex gîte (40 m²), completely renovated and air-conditioned in the center of Nogent-Le-Roi, in the heart of the Eure Royal Valley. Access to many nearby historical and natural sites. Upstairs, a large bedroom with king size bed (possible to divide into 2 single beds) and 2 single beds. Baby bed available. On the ground floor, lounge area with sofa bed for 2, living area with equipped kitchen, washing machine. Easy parking in front. Quiet. Great for families.

Located in the center of the pretty village of Vaudreuil, quiet, in a gated property with a green garden, our "little house" can accommodate one to two people independently. Close to Vaudreuil Golf Course, A13 highway and Pharmaparc, Pharmalog, Janssen and Sanofi Pasteur, we are also 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris by train or by car via the highway. This is a starting point for visiting the loops of the Seine, Giverny or discovering the climbing cliffs of Connelles.

Gite Rosima, Welcome to Normandy!

The Rosima gîte is a fully renovated 25 m² studio. Located in a small hamlet of about a hundred inhabitants, it is independent and relaxing. A single room accommodates a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, electric stove, fridge, sink, range hood), coffee machine, cupboard and dining area. The sleeping area consists of 2 single beds that can be pushed together if necessary and a coffee table. The studio includes a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

A full kitchen and a private terrace in the forest. At the edge, you have a hanging deck chair and a picnic table in the forest.
