The Ashley House

In 2022, the house was updated with a new bathroom, new foam gel mattresses, flooring, plumbing, smoke and CO2 alarms, AC, and a game cleaning station. The attached garage has a refrig/freezer and a deep fryer for those tasty fish fries. Surrounding Ashly is a sportsmen paradise. McIntosh County is populated with pot hole prairie lakes which provide abundant fishing, migratory water fowl and upland bird hunting. In 2022 & 2023, North Dakota stocked over 607K walleye in McIntosh County.

Cozy and comfy 1 bedroom/1 bath unit attached to our new garage so like the garage, the construction in this is also new! Queen size bed and twin bed are in the bedroom & the sofa has a pull-out. There is a Keurig & Bunn coffeemaker, microwave, & air fryer oven. Two AC/heat split units will keep you comfy. This unit is non-smoking indoors & out. We are laid-back people so don't hesitate to reach out if you need something, we would be happy to oblige!

Cabin No. 1 at Elm Lake Resort

The cabins are built on my campground called the Elm Lake Resort which is by Elm Lake. So there are plenty of water activities to do especially in the summer. The resort's restaurant and bar is open on Thursdays to Sundays. Which also features a C-Store, a game room, and video lottery. Pontoon boat, kayaks, paddle boat, and a canoe also available for rent. A short drive to Frederick. The other closest towns are Forbes and Ellendale.
