Cozy Family Home fast WI-FI, Fenced Yard near I-90

The Nature Nest is located close to down town Rapid city, as well as being very close to outdoor activities and tourist attractions. This property has a very large backyard to play and relax in and enjoy a fire in the evening after a nice BBQ, or wake up with a morning yoga session. Three comfortable bedrooms give space for 5 guests. Baby and toddler approved home, with a desk space for personal use, complete with patio and picnic table in the yard. Great family vacation home. This is Josh and Christie's basement studio apartment. There is a separate entrance that you have to yourself. We are just a 5-min walk from downtown, so you can easily walk to dinner, tour downtown, and check out Rapid City. Sitting high above Mt Rushmore Road, light from 3 windows makes you feel above ground. Our back patio is nice for relaxing, and our location is convenient. Upper two levels of my four level mid-century modern home with private entrances! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the foothills of the Black Hills and ~10 min from downtown Rapid City. This property features ample living space, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary breakfast, plenty of natural light and a spacious back yard. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

This house is in a great location in Rapid City, minutes from downtown and a great starting point for exploring the Black Hills. We welcome dogs in our home. No cats! Additional fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into the home!. The yard is fully fenced and there is plenty of off street parking as well as use of a garage. ( Caution! Low Clearance).
