The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Koetshuis 't Bolletje is an attractive, detached residence on the open NSW estate De Bol op Redichem, part of the 17th-century walking park 't Rondeel. The accommodation contributes to the conservation and management of the natural beauty, and is available as temporary accommodation for hikers and nature lovers. The house is rented without a garden, but from inside or out on the balcony you will have stunning views of the mills. This stylish accommodation is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. In the middle of nature, on the water. Hiking, biking, working, relaxing. You can do it all in our cottage in the middle of the island of Hoeksche Waard. But Rotterdam, Dordrecht and Breda are also 30 minutes' drive away and can easily be visited from the location. The cottage is accessible by car via a private unpaved road and is surrounded by meadows.

This unique accommodation has a style all its own and is centrally located in the Westland. Naaldwijk is a cozy village with plenty of opportunities to eat or shop. The beach is a 15-minute drive away. Besides being a very nice, quiet place where you can retreat, there is also a space to organize lectures/workshops/ceremonies. Where the B&B can be used for the participants to stay overnight.
