Beautiful house (4) at waterside 20 km from A'dam

Dit mooie, compleet ingerichte huis in boederijstijl, ligt aan de Kagerplassen in de buurt van Amsterdam en Leiden. Het heeft twee slaapkamers, een badkamer met een toilet en nog een apart toilet. Vanuit de woonkamer kun je genieten van de prachtige zonsondergangen. In de omgeving kun je wandelingen maken langs weilanden en molens. Het heeft een eigen aanlegsteiger. Detached holiday home by the water.

Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the water with a 13 meter long jetty for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). Within a few minutes you can sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected to the Haringvliet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day in Grevelingenstrand (5 min.) or the Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Also cozy towns in Zeeland are not too far away. The city of Rotterdam, which is popular for tourists, is only 25 minutes away by car.

Our cozy cottage is 50 square meters ( total area . Opening doors to the enclosed garden on the south 5x7 L-shaped room with open kitchen ( kitchenette) Present: Refrigerator with freezer compartment. Dishwasher. kettle. Oven. Airfryer. 2 burner induction hob. Nespresso coffee machine. Fine beds and pleasant (rain) shower washbasin with storage drawers. ATTENTION! The upper floor / sleeping area has no stairs fence and we recommend not to let small children stay here.
