The polder cottage is an oasis of tranquility in the middle of the Randstad. It is recently renovated and has all the comforts. The wifi works excellently in all area. Perfect place for holidays and to be able to work quietly. The polder house is centrally located: the beach (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) and Utrecht (30 km). For short trips you can use the four bicycles we have (for free). We have created an information book for you with all our tips for the environment.

Our characteristic hay barn in 2018 is equipped with many comforts and gives you the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Enjoy this monumental cottage located on the Vliet, right next to the bridge. The cottage is the living area of a former farm, used for years as bridge guards mail. The bridge is now remotely operated, so the cottage lost its function. Now it has become a lovely and beautiful place to enjoy life on the water. Charming Barnhouse near Utrecht + P

Private barnhouse located on the edge of IJsselstein. Wake up in the morning to the sound of birds and the rooster, yet within 20 minutes you're in the heart of Utrecht either by car or bus or tram, busstop at 2 minutes walk, a 10 minutes walk to the shopping centre and to the old town. Bikes are available to use.

Our cosy studio has been created to enjoy a pleasant stay. With two free bikes it is possible to go either to the city center or the beach in 10 minutes. In the direct area you will find a nice variety of restaurants, retailers and a supermarket.
