Only a 10 minute walk to the town centre with its cute little shops and plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes. Makes the perfect base for exploring the area. PLEASE NOTE there is no cooker installed. The market towns of Presteigne and Knighton 6 miles, Hay on wye, Ludlow, Bishops castle and the Elan Valley 20 miles.

Oak beams and wooden floors frame a simple whitewashed open plan space which offers: a sleeping area on the mezzanine with one double floor-level bed and up to two single futons; on the ground floor, a wet-room and the kitchen-eating-living area with Clearview wood-burning stove. Located at the foot of The Offa's Dyke Path and only a 5 minute walk to shops, pubs, park with river access. Wireless. Off road parking. Well behaved dogs welcome. Can accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children.

Our eco house is a relaxed and comfortable place to stay in the beautiful & unspoilt Welsh Borders. We have a large garden growing most of our fruit & vegetables, our own chickens and provide free cider while stocks last. Please understand that we are a traditional bed and breakfast establishment. I know that the listing states that a whole flat or house is available, it is not. Unfortunately AirB&B insist that we put this otherwise it on will only list one bedroom.
