Holiday rentals in Everywhere Branch

This host thinks of EVERYTHING! The home is beautiful and extremely well stocked with many extra amenities. They are super responsive to every need and incredibly accommodating of our needs. An absolute 5 Star host!

This place is AH-mazing and we honestly didn't want to leave. So peaceful, out of the city but still so close to all of the wedding events that we were visiting St. James for. LOVED the area, the quiet and everything about the farm style, eclectic house. I want a make-up table now (even though I don't wear much make-up), and I want some COWS, lol! I only rated getting in lower stars because my husband and I are "old" and unfamiliar with how all the different newish keyless entry locks work and that took us a hot minute to get right. 🤦 #wedumb 😂 If we ever need a place in St. James to stay, this will definitely be our first choice!

Excellent visit! The hosts were wonderful, kind, and accommodating! The location is a bit of a drive outside of town, but if privacy and rolling hills are your desire in the Ozarks, this is a great place! Plenty of space and everything matched the pictures. This was our first time renting an Airbnb. If we are ever back in the area we will stay here again. It's located in a nice neighborhood that's conveniently located close to base, restaurants, shopping, etc. Jayson responded promptly to any questions I had and was very helpful. Overall, it was a good experience.

Our time in Hayley’s rental was wonderful. We had everything we needed for our 3 month stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, the appliances were new and all worked great. Bathroom was clean. Plenty of space in the bedroom area to put all of our stuff. Felt very safe here. Everything was clean and no bugs or critters. Washer and dryer were super new and worked great! Dumpster outside at a walkable distance so it was easy to take our trash out. Hayley and her husband were extremely responsive, got back to us within 10 minutes or less anytime we reached out. Very easy to communicate with! Even brought us a flashlight when there were storms that threatened power outages and popped in (with permission) to turn on our emergency heat while we were away from the area for a week and snowstorms were happening. Note that this is by a train track so be prepared for it! Hosts provided plenty of earplugs in case we needed them. I would definitely stay here again!!! :)

Was the most perfect halfway point for our recent move to Chicago! The home was so beautiful and unbelievably cozy and charming. They had snacks for us upon arrival as well as necessities for our pup that stayed with us. One of the best airbnbs I have stayed in!! Has everything you would ever need for a stay in Saint James. Cannot wait to cross pathed with this home again!! Thank you Loni!!

Found this cute cottage while waiting for our house to close. It was very comfortable and pet friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was our second stay at Judy’s charming village retreat. The cottage is cozy, with lovely outdoor seating areas perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The spacious kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked and truly impressive.

Came in late at night and left at dawn during travel. Host was very responsive and home was clean and comfortable.
