The bathroom is tiled and has a shower corner, as well as a practical laundry area behind sliding doors. The home also has a nice entrance and 3 great bedrooms

The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a child's bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits, where you can enjoy the fantastic views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. Paddleboards and canoes are free.

Cozy family cabin in mountain town - near beach

In the area you will find a total of 20 km of prepared ski slopes, and the trail network starts only 5 minutes walk from the cabin. The area is 400-500 meters above sea level and is usually very snowproof. For families with children and beginners, there is a short and child-friendly trail that goes to Liløa. There is a barbecue and seating. In the summer it takes only 2 minutes by car to a great swimming area. Here you will find piers, gaps, canoe, terrace with barbecue facilities and a sandy beach – perfect for both big and small.

The cabin contains living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a gap you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming opportunities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

New modern year-round cottage with all amenities located scenic right on Murtejønn. Sunny and undisturbed patio. Ski slopes at the cabin door, which are connected to the trail network in summer and winter at Bortelid. Nice hiking trails and great opportunities for mountain biking. Ski resort at Bortelid. Smart TV, fibre and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for home offices. Installed water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located on the lower level, towards the water. Great holiday spot 12 months a year!

The cabin is located in scenic surroundings on Gautestad about 17 km from Evje city centre. There are several nice hiking areas nearby, bathing water and great uphill cross country skiing tracks in winter. Evje has lots to offer, including other climbing park, go-karting, Evje Mineralpark and TrollAktiv. The latter has a variety of activities such as rafting, canoe rental, paintball arrow and bow and much more. Booking in hay/winter and Easter holidays runs from Thursday-Monday and Monday-Thursday

Simple apartment, only 5 min drive from Evje!

Welcome to our simple basement apartment, beautifully located next to the river Dåselva. The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family. We have a big garden that you are free to use and it goes all the way down to the river, which provides nice bathing opportunities. 10 min to walk to the nearest grocery store and many nice walking areas right next to the apartment!

Liten hyttevogn med vedovn ved en liten elv/bekk. Naturskjønt beliggenhet. Vogn har solcellepanel til lys og vedovn til oppvarming. Bålplass utenfor. Mulighet også å leie badestamp og tønnebadstue / sauna mot ekstra betaling. I sauna kan du vaske deg med varmt vann. Robåt til gratis lån. Plassen passer fint til dem som liker seg I naturen med enkel standard overnatting. I høst/ vintertid fra ca 15.9 - 1.5 er vogna sammen med eget privat ute-kjøkken. Hund tillatt. Til Bortelid skisenter 15 km.

Strap on your skis and head straight out onto the cross-country tracks. Walking, swimming, fishing, picking berries, mushrooms - everything is right outside. Drive 20 minutes to one of the many activities Evje can offer all year.

Meget koselig hytte på idyllisk sted. Her kan man nyte utsikt til elva og fantastisk natur. Den har også ballbinge og Setesdalsbanen i nærheten. Hytta ligger bare 10 min fra R9. 20 min fra Vennesla. 30 min fra Kristiansand og 45 min fra Kristiansand dyrepark. 100m fra sykkelrute 3. Meget raskt internett. Utestue med ildsted kan lånes ved forespørsel. Badeplass i elva 50 m fra hytta . Mange turstier. Robåt kan lånes fra ca april til ca november. Mye småfisk i elva. Trenger ikke fiskekort.

Here you can enjoy peace and quiet. Sit on the terrace and enjoy the amazing nature and the view over the water. It's nice to walk in the area. In the summer, there are a lot of berries in the forest. It is a short distance to the Mineral Park, go-kart track and only 20 minutes to Evje city centre.
