We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was kind, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was well-maintained and they left thoughtful gifts. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-cared-for space!

Έμεινα στο Airbnb για 15 ημέρες και η εμπειρία μου ήταν εξαιρετική. Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός, άνετος και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος, ιδανικός τόσο για χαλάρωση όσο και για εργασία. Το highlight της διαμονής μου ήταν το τεράστιο μπαλκόνι, το οποίο προσέφερε υπέροχη θέα και ήταν το τέλειο μέρος για να απολαύσω τον καφέ μου κάθε πρωί. Επιπλέον, ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικός, εξυπηρετικός και πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει με ό,τι χρειαστεί. Η φιλοξενία του έκανε τη διαμονή μου ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι με τη διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα! Ο οικοδεσπότης έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες, ήταν φιλικός και μας παρείχε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν (βρεφικό κρεβάτι). Ο χώρος καθαρός, περιποιημένος και ζεστός. Η περιοχή εξαιρετικά όμορφη και προσβάσιμη σε εστιατόρια και καφετέριες, με μια μικρή δυσκολία στο πάρκινγκ (στενοί δρόμοι και πολλά παρκαρισμένα αυτοκίνητα από μόνιμους κατοίκους της περιοχής). Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Pogled, terasa, lokacija.. ne možemo da se odlučimo šta nam se više dopalo. Neverovatno udoban, perfektno opremljen stan na idealnoj lokaciji blizu pešačke zone, u mirnom okruženju. Piti jutarnju kafu ili večerati na svojoj terasi, dok gledate ceo grad, more i vrhove Olimpa je neverovatan ugođaj. Domaćin odgovara na sve zahteve i neverovatno ljubatan. Definitivno najbolji izbor za obilazak Soluna.

3 nice days in SKG for friday & the weekend! Very convenient location as everything including the center or the suburbs for the malls is max 5 to 10 minutes away by bus / metro or car from the apartment. Also liked that most services like pharmacy, supermarket or restaurants are like 500m meter walk away. Main reason I booked it. Aparment is minimalist and comfy (corner sofa), also liked that its not much stairs, and kinda discreet, so you are left alone without having to meet apartment neighbor residents while going in 'n out. Only honest cons / downsides is you gotta figure out the water in the electric panel, behind the door, took me awhile at first but it takes only 10 minutes to get hot. Also the windows should lock a little easier and less moving parts or things hanging on the wall like stronger shelves / racks with things atop that can fall if you hit your head on them by mistake, (I broke a cheap clay incense burner this way) but the host was pretty understanding overall 👌

Great family place, great location and great hosts. Highly recommended!

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν όπως και στις φωτογραφίες! Ολα καθαρά και τακτοποιημένα, φουλ εξοπλισμένο με χρήσιμες συσκευές (όπως, ηλεκτρικό σίδερο, πιστολάκι μαλλιών και καφετιέρα). Η γειτονιά πολύ ήσυχη και προσβάσιμη στη παραλία και στα καταστήματα. Δεν υπάρχει ιδιωτικό γκαράζ στο χώρο, μόνο στους γύρω δρόμους. Η εμπειρία μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καλή!

The location is exquisite, a superb village which is nothing like a traditional rural area. The house is perfect, very clean and cosy. We communicated very well with the hosts too. It was great for relaxing with kids.

This place is near the beach (1 minute walking) and near the airport (9 minutes driving). It has everything as described. Parking is available in front of the door. Keybox checkin and checkout any time possible. It was nice to be able to stay here.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν απόλυτα καθαρό, τακτοποιημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία ήταν κεντρική, χωρίς φασαρία καθώς η γειτονιά ήταν ήσυχη. Μας άρεσε πολύ που το σπίτι είχε νησιώτικο στυλ (κυκλαδίτικο λευκό). Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν άψογος, ευγενικός, έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες και απαντούσε πολύ άμεσα. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά, όταν ξαναεπισκεφθούμε την Θεσσαλονίκη.

Дом был очень уютный много спальных мест возле дома есть парковка в хорошем районе с видом на море сердце нужно было в доме спасибо

Ένα πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα, που βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση από το κέντρο της πόλης. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν εξαιρετική και άμεση. Οι πληροφορίες ήταν ακριβείς και έγκυρες. Για ολιγοήμερη διαμονή συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα, καθαρό και σε κεντρικό σημείο. Το συνισταμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Congratulations Hlias for the amazing place! Everything is just like in the photos! The place is very close to the White Tower (which can also be seen from the balcony) and you have everything at walkable distance (i.e., tourist attractions, supermarkets, bus station, restaurants, caffès, pastries). The host is very responsive, helpful and suuper friendly and makes sure that you enjoy the stay. I went there with my Mum and we really recommend staying to this cozy home away from your home!

Geräumige Wohnung im Herzen von Thessaloniki. Wirklich umwerfender Blick von zwei Balkonen über das Meer und rückseitig zur Altstadt. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet. Zum Glück gibt es einen Fahrstuhl für den 8. Stock! Kontakt war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles bestens, sehr zu empfehlen!

Een heel mooi appartement, het uitzicht blaast je letterlijk omver. Je kan er relaxen, een koffietje maken en wat te eten maken. Er is een muziek boxje en tv. Doucheruimte was prima, niet meer nodig. Kleurrijk en vrolijk! Aan het uitzicht zit een minpuntje, dat is dat je op een berg zit. Naar beneden wandelen gaat prima, maar naar boven is pittig. Stijle weg en veel trappen. Even snel terug (vanuit ladadika of de waterkant) iets halen of een hapje eten in het appartement is niet haalbaar. Maar wij planden dit in, en namen ‘s avonds aan het gemeente huis, dit is half weg de berg op, een taxi. Deze kost 4 euro wat niet veel is. Hierdoor waren we nooit geïrriteerd door de klim. Je kan ook vanuit het appartement een klein stukje beneden en daar zijn lekkere restaurantjes. Terug naar boven is dan perfect te doen. Vanuit de luchthaven namen we een taxi, zo verloren we geen tijd om de bus te nemen en het zoeken naar het appartement in de vele straatjes. 25 euro/taxi

Ο Χρήστος άψογος οικοδεσπότης!! Πάντα απαντούσε άμεσα σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε!! Πάρκινγκ άνετο δίπλα από το σπίτι! Το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο, είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν!! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα..

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Very easy check in process due to simple and clear instructions. Very clean and quite spacious. Very clean and had everything we needed during our short stay. It’s in a great location… quiet, lots of restaurants & cafes around, and a supermarket that’s about a minute or two walk away. We also appreciate the great host. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. Very accommodating & informative. Highly recommend the apartment for anyone visiting the beautiful town of Thessaloniki.
