Lapwings is a 3 bed 1st floor apartment situated in a prime position being just a 2 minute walk from the amazing sea front with its 2 miles of sandy beach and Exmouth Marina which offers fishing and boat trips, birdwatching trips and water Taxi’s to Dawlish Warren and the Famous River Exe water cafe. Alternatively a short two minute walk in the opposite direction takes you to Exmouth town center with it’s amenities which include the railway and bus links, along with restaurants, cafes and bars.

This is a fully refurbished unique apartment which is situated across two floors of a substantial Georgian house.It has been decorated throughout in light,fresh whites,greys & blues to echo the amazing and far reaching views of the river which are visible from the back of the property. There are quirky features throughout including a window seat overlooking the shops below. 'Western Way' is a beautiful , 1 bedroom apartment. Just 2 minutes walk to the sandy beach of Exmouth and the start of the world famous Jurassic Coast Path. Parking, sea views and a small courtyard. It has a well equipped kitchen and washing machine. The town centre is a mile away with plenty of shops and restaurants and Exmouth offers a wide variety of activities, such as kitesurfing, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding , hikings, mountain biking and rowing, endless hours of fun.

Private and cosy, with garden view

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

The Apartment A spacious self-contained apartment joining the main house. Lovely country views, ideal for either a quiet getaway, exploring the Devon countryside or business trip. Exeter City centre is only 15 mins drive with Exeter Airport and the M5 - J29 & J30 also less than 10 mins drive. We are in close proximity to Rockbeare Manor wedding venue. We are ideally suited if flying from Exeter Airport. There is also a train station at Cranbrook on the Waterloo line 5 mins away.

Our comfortable apartment is situated on the outskirts of Exeter close to Exeter Airport and the City (2.5 miles) . There is an upstairs double bedroom, on ground level a well equiped kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave and fridge, bathroom and lounge area. As well as a good supply of DVD,s & CD to choose from along with many board games & WIFI. The apartment is very warm and cosy, Parking for one car is available on our drive.however we can manage two if needed, by request.
