Holiday rentals with lake access in Eysturoy

Perfect place to stay with beautiful surroundings. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Recommend to people who would like to explore northern islands.

This place was perfect for our group—4 bedrooms, fits 7–8 people easily. Only one bathroom, but it was totally fine for four of us. The kitchen was amazing and fully equipped, cooking there was a joy! The host even left us some ingredients, which was super helpful. The living room was cozy with lots of board games to enjoy. The town is truly one of the most beautiful in the Faroes—great hiking nearby, and even just walking around feels like a peaceful escape from the world. Just remember to bring groceries in advance, as there aren’t many shops or restaurants around. We had the best 3 days of our trip here—highly recommended!

The yellow house is simply fantastic! It was exactly what we were looking for: an amazing place in a peaceful town! The cabin was clean and with everything we needed! Easy and flexible self check-in and great commaunication with the host! It sparks true joy to be there, highly recommended!

it was an unforgettable experience thanks to the impressive views and location of the house. Conveniently located in a peaceful setting. The only downside for us was that the blankets we used on the coach were a bit smelly and needed a wash. As for the beds the pillows were a bit flat for our personal taste, but it wasn't too bad for us to rest. We highly recommend this place.

Spectacular views from the windows, clean rooms, and a private space with no one around (except for the sheep)... This house provided us with an amazing experience!

A thoroughly lovely apartment in quiet surroundings with great furnishings and exquisite views. We stayed there with our 3 adult children and everything worked perfectly and with a quick response when we had a question. We had rented a car and it was a good location to drive out of. Highly recommend.

Lovely house in a nice central location. From here you can make all kinds of trips. Petur and Maria are very friendly and helpful host and hostess. It is also very nice that we were allowed to use the washing machine and dryer. The house is also very cozily furnished and in the kitchen everything is provided to cook a meal yourself.

Karsten and Durita are the very best hosts! They were hospitable, friendly and very helpful, far behind their host duties ❣️ The apartment is absolutely wonderful, well equipped and with a really great view. It is a calm place, where you can relax after busy days outdoors in the Faroe Islands. We spent a great 12 nights and days there. The only negative thing was, that we had to leave ☺️

The apartment was superbly located with great views and walk right down to the water. Very cozy neighborhood and close to Thorshavn. We loved the hosts' recommendations and felt very at home and welcome. In the apartment was everything we needed and an extremely well-equipped kitchen. We'll definitely be back.

We are satisfied with our stay at Erland's... beautiful location, nice apartment and well heated... no complaints... small regret: that the toilets are not separate from the bathroom... perhaps a broom is missing for light cleaning...

Nicolina and her husband are very kind to us, we had great time when we live there. The place is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, with two supermarkets just 5 minutes away by car. The house felt like home—three comfy bedrooms and a kitchen with everything we needed. Some tools were a bit old (like the knives), but the host even lent us their own, which was really kind. Only downside: the bed was too soft and the pillows too flat, so sleep wasn’t great. But overall, a lovely stay!
