Located in the heart of Galata, our compact 1 bedroom apartment is ideal for Istanbul explorers who need a quiet space to rest during their stay. The full kitchen is great for cooking breakfast and our custom mattresses are perfect for power-naps! Our flat is located on a quiet street, with windows that allow plenty natural light with plenty of privacy. Easily accessible by metro and a short walk from the tram, the flat is close to the city's best sights, without compromising peace and comfort.

It’s affect is like as 4’th floor. 50 m to Galata Tower. 3 bedroom has 3 shower, 3 A/C and there are 2 WC in the apartment. It is placed at the heard of the city. Cosy and boutique cafes, upmarket restaurants, independent design shops, galleries and wine cellars are all within walking distance. Our large flat welcomes large groups and families. Our wi-fi is limitless with high speed 75 mbps.

19th Century Luxury Loft w/Patio near Galata Tower

Our historical apartment has 3,5 meter ceiling and just been renovated. During the renovation , 19th century ceiling and wall drawings (frescoes) has been discovered under 2 layers of old painting. A group of church renovation artists has worked for 6 months to reveal the full frescoes of the house. Our unique apartment is just a few steps from historical Galata Tower and many historical sights. There are many trendy restaurants, shops and cafes all around the neighborhood.

Balat is a historic and charming tourist destination located in the city. A bus stop is conveniently situated right in front of the house, and it’s just a 15-minute to reach the heart of the city, including popular areas like Taksim, Eminönü, and Karaköy. The accommodation is small but cozy, making it ideal for 1-2 people for a short stay. P.S: The terrace in the cover photo is a common area, there is no direct access from the apartment.
