This luxury house is located on the plateau road to Ayder, Çamlıhemşin, Zilkale, which are the attractions for vacationers in the region. 15 minutes to the city center, 20 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Ayder Plateau. The most important feature of our house is its location. It is designed in a way that you can watch the centuries-old forests, mountains, storm valley and stream from where you sit and lie down. The sound of the river flowing on both sides of the house and the waterfall from which the rivers are formed will accompany you at all times.

This stone house in the shape of a mansion has 2 arched rooms on the upper floor and 2 rock rooms on the lower floor. It is suitable for large families and groups of friends. Its terrace has magnificent views. The kitchen has all kinds of utensils for cooking. It is heated by the central heating system.
