Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

Cottage NA BIRU 1 by the Soca River

The Cottage Na Biru has one of the prettiest locations in the Soča valley. Undearneath mount Mrzli vrh and very close to our emerald Soca River on the edge of Gabrje village you will find a perfect spot for quiet or active holidays. There's tourist tax you have to pay at the arrival: 2 €/adult/day and 1 € for children between 7 and 18/day. There's one double and two single beds upstairs and a sofa in the living room, which means 5 people maximum. We can add a baby cot.

Have you ever wanted to be in untouched nature, but not give up the proximity of civilization? To be just a step away from the mountains and forests, but still have access to fast and reliable internet? We offer you a 16 m² room with two separate beds (90x200) with anatomical mattresses. You will also have access to a bathroom and a beautiful balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the view of the highest Slovenian mountain. There is a TV in the kitchen

Villa Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.

The newly renovated cottage is about 55 square meters and has a beautiful bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (160 × 200 cm). In the combined living room/kitchen there is a cozy sofa bed, smart TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all amenities: large fridge, dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, normal coffee maker, kettle, etc. are available. On cold winter days, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
