Das kleine Ferienhäuschen befindet sich am Fuße des Singerbergs (Wanderung ca. 1 h) im kleinem Bergdorf Windisch Bleiberg mitten in den Karawanken auf 900 Höhenmetern. Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage und doch mitten im Alpe-Adria Raum. 1,5 Stunden Autofahrt zur slowenischen Küste Istrien, 50 Minuten zur Hauptstadt Sloweniens, Ljubljana und nicht zu vergessen die vielen Kärntner Seen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Häuschen ist nur für 2 Personen ausgestattet und max. 1 Haustier (!keine Kinder)

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. With a free-standing bathtub and an atmospheric bioethanol stove (in an open fireplace), the apartment offers many opportunities to relax. The maisonette is east and west-facing and offers atmospheric light at any time of the day or night. A swing in the heart of the apartment ensures joy and wellbeing.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Luxurious chalet in Murau near Kreischberg ski resort

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
