Cette maison sur 2 étages se situe au centre historique du village de Fabregues, dans une zone avec très peu de circulation du a ses ruelles étroites. Vous profiterez d’une maison baignée de lumière, donnant sur une place très agréable où trône un olivier centenaire. Des travaux d’isolation ont été effectués début 2026 et les chambres ont été équipées de ventilateurs de plafond. Tous les commerces sont à 2 pas, boulangerie, pharmacie, tabac ainsi que les plages à 15 minutes de la maison.

Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your independent accommodation is at the end of the house. The latter, on one level, is surrounded by a park of 2 hectares, and inhabited by the owners. It includes a kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see plan). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The pool (6 x 12 m) is shared with the owners.

Au Cabanon, a fisherman's house in the heart of the Pointe Courte district, lovingly furnished and renovated in 2023 in a unique location near the Thau pond. Typical, peaceful and warm neighborhood! Guests can enjoy the tourist activities offered, restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach, nearby by bus or car. The Cabanon is a great base to discover the surroundings: Balaruc, Mèze, Marseillan, Pézenas, Montpellier, Narbonne... and the hinterland.
