Cette maison sur 2 étages se situe au centre historique du village de Fabregues, dans une zone avec très peu de circulation du a ses ruelles étroites. Vous profiterez d’une maison baignée de lumière, donnant sur une place très agréable où trône un olivier centenaire. Des travaux d’isolation ont été effectués début 2026 et les chambres ont été équipées de ventilateurs de plafond. Tous les commerces sont à 2 pas, boulangerie, pharmacie, tabac ainsi que les plages à 15 minutes de la maison.

Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your independent accommodation is at the end of the house. The latter, on one level, is surrounded by a park of 2 hectares, and inhabited by the owners.
