Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Fabriano

we're back in our peaceful oasis!! the house is a wedding favor at the 70s... a jewel. Very clean!!! complete with everything, with plenty of space! magnificent landscape. possibility of being outdoors in absolute peace but 5 minutes by car from the amenities and village of Corinaldo. this is the second time we have returned and it will not be the last. Cozy house a stone's throw from the walls of Città di Castello, the internal parking is very convenient. The house is very clean and functional, Laura welcomed us in person despite the torrential rain. Also great is the tart he prepared for breakfast. Great experience.

It was a great stay at the Casetta Sant’ Angelica! Roberto is a great host, kind, helpful and very nice. We found the house comfortable for us 4 adults with 3 furry ones, comfortable mattresses, equipped kitchen, perfect shower and very useful pool. Although the land is sloping, it did not create any difficulty for our outdoor evenings and the furry ones were in total freedom as the property is completely fenced. We will definitely be back.

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

By far one of the best places we have ever stayed. Almost surreal how beautiful this space is, and the surrounding property is almost too beautiful to describe. Silvia is certainly a top tier host, and her attention to detail is second to none. We are already planning a return trip. If you want to get away from it all, and never have to leave a property ( except to grab more wine), this is the place. But if you want venture out, many top attractions are less than hour drive away. The Lake views alone are worth the trip.

This place is a corner of paradise! Michele's house is cozy, beautiful with all the comforts available. Michele is a kind host, always available, we appreciated the tips on walks in the surroundings, restaurants and in general the stories in the area, which is nothing short of wonderful! It was really a pleasure staying here, we hope to be back very soon! Highly recommended!

We stayed here for a weekend to celebrate Valentine's Day late. The hosts welcomed us in a friendly way by explaining everything and also leaving us a welcome aperitif. We had a really great time, so much that we decided to stay an extra night. We really felt at home, the hosts didn't miss anything. We will definitely be back!! Highly recommended

Agriturismo Splendido, surrounded by greenery 2 km from the nearest country or Gualdo, fully reachable by taking a walk in the middle of nature. Perfect outdoor spaces, spa and rooms, clean and thoughtful in detail. Nicola and his son Primo were special, super welcoming and many tips on neighboring places and restaurants. Perfect stay for those looking for peace and peace. We'll definitely be back, a place that stays in the heart. Thank you.

Spello is a beautiful village, and Paolo's place has a great location. Really good view, and in a peaceful street.

Very positive experience, the welcome was very pleasant and explanatory, we were offered support and explanations necessary to fully enjoy the accommodation. We had the dog with us and there was also the ideal context for him, although we always preferred not to leave it free given the large open spaces. The accommodation is located 40/60 min from all the places we were interested in seeing (Gubbio, Perugia, Spoleto, Assisi, Cascata delle Marmore, Todi and many others) and it was an exciting tour. Returning home and being in the absolute peace and quiet was top of mind. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience for the accommodation, the area and the weather. The house has all the comforts and has allowed us to have an impeccable stay. The instructions for accessing were clear and we immediately found the place and the entrance. Giuseppina and her son Maurizio were friendly and very helpful. Beautiful villa with a breathtaking view of the valley. Quiet and comfortable even during business days, beautiful large garden and easily usable with magnificent plants! Contacts with the owners have always been very quick and courteous, ready to meet any questions or needs. Great vacation!

Stay for a great night, worth spending more time, we will definitely be back

Beautiful experience at the foot of the Sibillini mountains, a few days to get away from the routine and enjoy an intimate and quiet accommodation. We stayed between Christmas and New Year's Eve, immediately after a snowfall that was probably not seen in a long time, making the wonderful views of the National Park mountain range even more evocative. The location is exceptional, on a hill overlooking the village of Montefortino, in the context of a village consisting of small independent villas. Cristina's house is cozy and familiar, clean and fragrant and equipped with everything you need for a stay where you don't feel like you're simply guests or customers. A great added value is the presence of a fully fenced garden on two levels that was extremely appreciated by our two dogs for their games in the snow. We hope to come back a few days in the spring to take advantage of the possibility of hiking.

This is a lovely place to relax and unwind. It is very peaceful and the garden, swimming pool and outside sitting areas - including a very nice pergola for eating outside - are beautifully kept. The house is comfortable with a good kitchen for cooking. Valentina and her parents are lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Communication is very good. For example, when we had a spell of bad weather, Valentina immediately messaged us with details about the heating and an invitation to use the open fire. Very highly recommended.

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.

A charming quiet place surrounded by nature. Suitable for those like us who need to get away from daily stress. A clean, tidy environment inside with care x every detail of the house. Outside with a manicured garden on every corner and in the pool. Mr. Giorgio, very friendly and helpful, made us feel at home. We spent a week in total peace. I highly recommend it
