Holiday rentals with a pool in Fabriano

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Ich habe schon oft Häuser gebucht, solche Gastgeber hatte ich noch nie. Bei unsere Ankunft fanden wir nicht nur Käse und Wurst, sondern auch selbst gemachtes Brot und Gebäck. Am dritten Tag wurden wir mit einem Kuchen überrascht und am Tag danach haben sie Lasagne und Nachtisch für uns gemacht. Samuele war mit Abstand der freundlichste und aufmerksamste Gastgeber, den wir je erlebt haben. Seine herzliche Art hat das atemberaubende Haus perfekt gemacht. Wir waren drei Familien mit Kindern, jeder hatte seinen Rückzugsort. Die Küche war super zum gemeinsamen kochen. Die Umgebung ist sagenhaft schön, der Ausblick ein Traum. Der Pool und Spielplatz für die Kinder waren perfekt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation sowohl mit Saskia im Vorfeld, als auch mit Samuele vor Ort war hervorragend. Wij zijn met ons gezin hier een weekje geweest en hebben genoten van het ruime huis en heerlijke zwembad. We waren hier tijdens een hittegolf (38/39) dus waren erg blij met het zwembad met duikplank en er was water speelgoed voor de kinderen. omdanks de hitte en het gebrek aan airco bleef het appartement goed bewoonbaar omdat het goed geisoleerd is en je kunt de luiken goed sluiten om de zon buiten te houden. Wij hebben geen andere gasten gezien en Roberta woont beneden maar hebben we ook haast niet gezien. het huis is erg modern en heeft een hoge kwaliteit afwerking, ook zijn de ramen/kozijnen voorzien van horren. Veel leuke plaatsjes in de buurt, we raden een trip naar Asissi (40m) zeker aan! bedankt Roberta voor een heerlijke week!

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso nella casa di Sergio a San Feliciano. La vista sul Lago Trasimeno è davvero mozzafiato, un panorama incantevole di cui non ci si stanca mai. La casa è ottima, curata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Sergio è stato un host gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande e a darci consigli utili sulla zona. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque desideri una vacanza rilassante con una vista spettacolare sul lago.

La signora Stefania è molto disponibile, ci ha consigliato molti posti belli da visitare. Appartamento molto carino, con tutto il necessario. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

The condo is just fantastic with so many things to do including lots of hikes, museums, cafes, castles, and easy going around a very walkable and friendly town! Using the pool and spacious sunny areas are an extra plus! The condo had everything we needed for our stay including cooking and clothes washing!

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Abbiamo passato un eccellente soggiorno con nostro figlio e i miei genitori nell'appartamento di Valentina. L'accoglienza è impeccabile, Valentina è molto gentile e attenta a dare tutte le informazioni utili per rendere la tua vacanza il più piacevole possibile.L'appartamento pulitissimo e con tutto il necessario per cucinare.Dispone di un grande giardino con piscina comune.. Indomma un posto paradisiaco! Speriamo tornare presto!Raccomandabile al 100%

We reserved the house for our colleagues. The house is very spacious, well laid out, clean, suitable for a longer stay, as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. Highly recommended.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Bellissimo appartamento, curato nei dettagli e funzionale. Si trova all’interno di un residence con servici che non abbiamo provato e molto tranquillo. Si trova fuori da Marcelli e serve l’auto per raggiungere le mete turistiche. Alessio è molto Tranquillo e disponibile. Vi troverete bene.

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

What can I say. This place is amazing. Host was amazing and extremely friendly The drive up to the house is just great. Being British u don’t experience things like this. The view from the gardens is out of this world. The swimming pool is fantastic. Local shop has what you need. There is a hotel in walking distance for lovely meals also a sports bar as well. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone. 12 of us there plenty of room and a huge table to eat from. Thanks for one amazing stay. What a memory. 🥰🥰

Ich war mit meiner Familie für eine Woche in der bezaubernden Unterkunft. Bei Ankunft hat uns die Gastgeberin den Schlüssel überreicht und uns alles gezeigt. Besonders der große Pool und der atemberaubende Blick auf den Lago Trasimeno von der oberen Etage des Hauses aus haben uns gefallen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Umbrien und haben die Umgebung in Tagestrips erkundet. Bei Fragen und Problemen hat uns die Gastgeberin immer freundlich weitergeholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

We had the most amazing time at Chiara’s place!! She was a spectacular host and everything was beyond perfect!! Chiara went above and beyond with every little thing and it couldn’t have been more amazing or special. She is friendly, kind, warm, thoughtful, funny and genuinely caring. We had a fantastic stay with a group of four adults and five kids. Accommodations were immaculate, private chefs were decadent and delicious, and fantastic wine. The grounds were just lovely as well and we enjoyed having a fire in the fire place every evening. That you for a lovely stay!
