Well-equipped and fresh cottage on a shared lake plot with sea views. The cottage is divided into a living room with kitchen area and living room. Sleeping loft with 2 single beds. In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 persons. The kitchen is equipped with fridge that has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Cozy brewery right next to the sea

Here at Solgården, we offer this nice brewery of about 30 sqm with a sleeping loft with 3 beds and a sofa bed in the living room. But with a glassed-in patio and a porch, the space will be twice as large. The small cottage has two comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen, toilet and shower. The location is fantastic with sea views and access to a jetty to enjoy swimming and sun, or to borrow our two canoes or two single kayaks for a trip out into the sea bay. Enjoy a good dinner, grill and watch the sun set at the same time.

Brygghuset in Sund

Close to Forsmark! You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. We rent out our brewery on our farm. In the jetty house there are two double beds (one consists of two single beds) and a day bed. The renter brings their own bed linen/bath towels (possibility to rent this is available) Perfect for those who live in another place and need a place to stay during the work period, or just want to get closer to nature. The Hållnäs coast is only a few kilometres away! Departure cleaning is carried out by the tenant.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Newly built villa in a scenic area close to water and nature. The kitchen is modern in design and fully equipped. The house has a wooden deck of 110 m3 that stretches around the house. A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Cozy walking paths, plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forests and good swimming opportunities. There are two large terraces - the upper one is under the open sky and the lower has roof over in case it rains. Superb kitchen with everything you need. There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cozy cottage in basement located in lush garden with fruit trees. The upper floor has an open floor plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed. There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

Bror Stuga

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. Watch the sun rise from the ocean right from the bed. Look out over the horizon and light a fire. The house is located directly on the beach, close to forest and walking paths. Proximity to several ski tracks in winter time. 45 min to Kungsberget. Walking distance to Furuviksparken during the summer. The house is converted in 2022 and in good condition. The view magical.

Beach plot in Stenskär

Lovely plot with a fantastic view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and cliffs right at your doorstep. During the summer months, there is a jetty with a swimming ladder down into the water and a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay. Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive.
