Apartment holiday rentals in Fajardo

Ms. Marta is an excellent host. We (me, hubby & 2 cats), just moved here to Puerto Rico from Pennsylvania. We rented this Airbnb because we wanted to look for a place between here and San Juan. Ms. Marta found out that we were looking for a place to buy/rent in the area and offered us an extended stay to continue looking for a place. (Relieved)! The villa we rented was clean, cozy and private. The linen smelled so good. There is a washer/dryer right on the property for your use. The hospitality was amazing. You want for nothing. When we told Ms. Marta we didn't have any internet service, she immediately responded. She spoke to the owner Mr. Juan, and that same day we had internet service. (Loose cable) Chewy is the awesome grounds keeper. If anything is needed, ask him once, and it's done!! He even brought my husband and I fresh coconut water. Gigantic coconut with a hole drilled on top. Yum. Nature, horses, dogs, singing coqui's and a pool! It felt like home. A must stay!!

Great stay four houses from the beach and walkable to Ocean Park restaurants. Even walked to the art museums easily, and close to Old San Juan and the airport. 45 minutes drive from El Yunque. Lost power and water pressure for a day but that was of no fault of the location. Had two kids that shared a room with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

We LOVED staying at this Airbnb and had a fantastic time! Maribel is a wonderful host!! Super clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds!! Beach chairs, beach towels, volleyballs etc. all for us to use. The beach is right out the back door and the view from the unit's second floor balcony is dreamy-ocean, palm trees, beach all SO close!! We loved sitting and drinking coffee and watching the waves and people and dogs! The building only has 2 units per floor and we never saw anyone! Very quiet building. Very safe, family friendly area. The beach is amazing!! So clean!! Beautiful trees for shade, family friendly and a dog lover's paradise!! Several sand vb nets and many people played vb or pickle ball-so fun to watch! Lively, very walkable area- we walked everywhere- for groceries, breakfast, dinner, so much only a few blocks in every direction. Took Uber to OSJ several times - easy! We highly recommend Maribel's Airbnb - u won't be disappointed! We would love to visit again soon!

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here. Perfect size for 2, though we didn't try out the sofa bed. There were pots and pans, a coffee maker, hair dryer, and beach towels made available. The 1 minute walk to a 24/7 Walgreens made getting essentials easy (including groceries had we needed them). You are a 3 minute walk to the beach where you can rent an umbrella and 2 chairs easily for $20. Good food nearby as well. I would suggest ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as it can be a busy intersection but we felt it was well worth it. Jose is very responsive and will help you with last minute issues. We had a great stay! I had the pleasure of meeting Julia and she was very kind. Her place was very clean and the a/c was ice cold! I recommend trying out panaderia monte brisas, it is a local bakery and very delicious! Not a problem for me, but the roosters crow in the morning in case you like to sleep in.

Xavier was a great host! While visiting the country , there was a power outage for a day and a half. He was sure to keep updated on the situation and also bought a battery for us to charge our devices and to connect to wifi. He was pleasant and answered any question that we asked him. The apartment was clean and looked exactly liked the photos. The location was perfect, close to pretty much everything. Would definitely recommend Xavier as a host.

I was extremely pleased and happy with my stay at Jose’s Airbnb. It was a very quaint, quiet and peaceful place. It was perfect for my husband and I. Jose was very hospitable, easy to communicate with and friendly. It felt like a home away from home and I already miss it! My husband I are looking forward to going back! Gracias Jose por todo!

Saul's place was perfect. The rooftop was AMAZING!! And everything was very close. Easy to walk to the beach, close to restaurants and stores. The place was exactly as described. We had 6 people there and it was great. Saul was very communicative and helpful. I would not hesitate booking this place again.

My first time in PR and Alex and fellow host made it an amazing experience!!!! Most definitely coming back and I also highly recommend it to whoever is coming to the island PR. True to the photos you see and quick at responding to messages. Thank you guys so much!!!!!

Really appreciate Hugo for all that he did. My family and I had to book this Airbnb last minute and he accepted right away and even allowed us to check in early. My family is very appreciative and we hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you!!

Man what can I say Manuel’s place was a delight and pretty central we rented a car and it wasn’t bad at all. The only thing is the shower water was warm. Other than that thank you for the time and will be booking again if we come back to PR

We had a great stay overall. We could walk to the beach within a few minutes. We had convenient access to a hose to wash off our beach gear when we got back. Great place for a family as there were enough beds for the kids to each have their own. One little thing to be aware of - the exterior lights on the building and in the parking lot are very bright and left on all night, and the shades don't fully block them out, so bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light when sleeping.

Overall great spot especially if you plan on renting a car during your stay. Everything is very close while still have privacy and a peaceful location. Also it was very helpful to have beach equipment like a cooler and chairs available with the Airbnb.

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was not only clean and comfortable but also super aesthetic—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was unbeatable, right in the middle of everything, with great food spots and nightlife just steps away. Whether you’re looking to explore the city or enjoy the local party scene, this is the perfect place to stay. Would definitely book again!

My girlfriend and I were visiting here from Chicago. And we really enjoyed ourselves Everything was clean and cozy just as advertised. Perfect place for a solo trip or a 2 person get away! Beautiful beach only 5 minute walk away from the house. On our last day, we experienced the (island wide) power outage which affected thousands of peoples homes. But Karim (our host) was so helpful in keeping us updated and giving us peace of mind as they worked to restore power. Our host was also very responsive and provided plenty of information and photos for us to navigate the gates and entries. With clear instructions and rules I would 100% recommend this space and looking forward to being a repeat costumer!

Beautiful location! Has waterview and you can see the sun rise beautifully from the apartment floor. Pristine, private, and comfortable. Host was friendly, instructions were clear, and check in was a breeze. Lots of amenities. This was really a great deal.

Our stay at Javier’s place was nothing short of amazing. My family throughly enjoyed our sty and with each day it felt like home. The place had everything you needed and more. The apt was better than we could’ve imagined. It was spacious, clean, stocked and comfortable. We loved just hanging out on the private balcony and creating memories. During our stay their was a massive power outage throughout the island and Javier made sure to check in with us and even offered other accommodations. Ruben’s place was very nice and as pictured. The view was amazing. Any issues was quickly resolved by Ruben super fast to respond. The hot water does take a while to heat up but it stay’s hot for a while. Security is really nice here and it’s a very safe place. Places to eat and drink with in walking distance. Uber rides to get around are super cheep. Pool was nice and chairs were available. Turtles snails and iguanas can be seen by the pool area. The kitchen I can’t speak for I didn’t use it at all. The fridge has a britta water container in it and also ice in the freezer. Washer and dryer was a bonus. Light sleeper bring ear plugs. You can hear all the outside noise but I loved it. Bed was comfortable.

What is not great about being on the ocean! The view, the beach, the city all from your roof top vantage point. This is just what it says. Description is spot on. I have nothing bad to say about this beautiful location. Would highly recommend and wish to return! Thank you for sharing this peice of paradise with us!

Our stay was great, the neighborhood and place itself was beautiful. The hot tub was a good addition. I have no complaints I would stay again!

Stayed here for a couple of days. Really loved it. The place was clean and it’s located in a safe area. Not to mention that there are security guards in the lobby and not everyone can enter the building. The security guards were also really nice and offered recommendations on where to eat and visit. I would definitely stay here next time.

We enjoyed our stay at this airbnb and felt right at home as soon as we drove in through the gates. The grounds were beautiful with lush greenery and well-manicured lawns. The infinity pool area set against the background of the ocean blue and the miradors adorned with bougainvillea flowers was just stunning. The house, though old, was quite spacious, airy and clean. Our favorite spot in the house was the balcony with the ocean views and the cool Caribbean breeze. Communication with the host was smooth. Highly recommend this property and would love to stay again if in the area.
