Holiday rentals with a patio in Falcon

This was our second stay at this pristine clean, fully resourced, perfectly located, practical layout and most awesome view apartment. Upon stepping through the front door you are immediately transported to feeling like you are on holiday. We will definitely be back again. Many thanks to Gaynor and Ray for their warm and welcoming hospitality.

The location of the apartment meant it was easy to walk to restaurants, bars, beach and all other amenities. The dolphins regularly coming up the canal in front of the apartment was spectacular, also the regular visits from the black swans, ducks, cormorants etc made our stay something special. We would have no hesitation in returning if we come back to Australia.

Kim is an excellent host. His excellent communication and follow up has made our stay a breeze and enjoyable. Thank you Kim!

Place was well catered. All the necessities were there and Liz had fresh bread, eggs milk and coffee for us. Location was perfect.

The house inside and out was wonderful. Roomy, comfortable and very homely. The inside was very functional and the outside areas were so much fun and inviting to sit and enjoy the surroundings. We hope to be back.

What an extraordinary hidden paradise. I spent two nights here in the company of a few longstanding friends and the experience was so restorative that it felt as though we had been away for a full week. The setting is tranquil and visually stunning and the accommodation offers an exceptional level of comfort. It truly feels like a home away from home. I would recommend this place without hesitation to anyone in search of peace, beauty, and genuine relaxation.

We had an amazing stay at Fleur's place. The house and all the amenities are fantastic - beautifully presented and with great attention given to design and comfort. We travelled with another family and our kids had a great time riding their scooters up and down the drive way. Parking in the garage was a great help for extra space with kids! Heaps of games and the beach access just across the road made it a great start. The sunsets were amazing and each afternoon we enjoyed sitting and watching it from the beautiful outdoor space. Thanks for having us!

Very comfortable, clean, modern home. Well equipped kitchen. Huge selection of games/activities - the pool table was a highlight. Great location - walking distance to beach and nearby supermarket and coffee shop. Quiet area. Fantastic hosts…had a slight issue on check-in but Vanessa and Paul rectified this promptly and compensated us for any inconvenience. Would definitely recommend to others and would happily stay here again. Had a lovely time!

Lovely stay, walking distance to a beautiful beach. Place was great for kids, little backyard, park across the road and a crib. Will definitely be trying to book again!

Such a peaceful location, crabbing straight off the deck of the house was fun. We spent most of our time on the patio, great position and very protected from the sun. A pair of dolphins swam passed us on the first afternoon which was an exciting little bonus : ) We were a little disappointed we couldn’t find a place in the heart of the Mandurah canals that was within our budget when we were first looking but SO happy we looked further afield and found this house for a perfect weekend away. Loved it.

Matt & Tess are very responsive hosts. They were flexible with the checking in time. The beach house Avalon is near the beach & baby and family friendly. There were boardgames to occupy time while being indoors. Would recommend!

Absolutely amazing location! Modern and very clean. It is worth noting that this is a 3 story apartment and bedroom configuration with kids may need consideration. We would absolutely stay again
