On the second floor, with the ceiling of wooden beams, there is a bedroom, with a double bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. The room is equipped with a small balcony, air conditioning!

The apartment is located on top of a hill, not far from the center and normal services (5 minutes from the Civitanova Marche toll booth). This location allows, on the one hand, a classic situation of country accommodation, such as calm and tranquility, but on the other hand, you are not totally isolated. In fact, we are halfway along the road that connects two towns a few hundred meters away. The elevation also gives the guest a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape.
