Just a few minutes from the centre of Västervik lies the Gränsö Nature Reserve, a coastal peninsula where nature takes centre stage. Located in a quiet area, we rent out our guest house, which offers a partial view of the water and has nature as its closest neighbour. Here, you wake up to the sparkling sea and the chirping of birds, and fall asleep to the tranquillity of the forest. There are several bathing areas, and the nearest one can be found about one hundred and fifty metres from the guest house. You can set off on hiking trails right from your doorstep.

Small sandy beach and jetty with a rowing boat for a trip on our own little lake. You can fish as much as you want. Hike or just enjoy the quietness of the forest West-facing deck for lovely evenings grilling accompanied by the fallow deer Excursions to the coast, Kolmården and Astrid Lindgren's world Åtvidaberg has one of Sweden's finest golf courses. Sheets, towels and cleaning are not included.

Lakeside cottage in cozy village with walking distance to country shop. with ICA To Go, pharmacy representative and Systembolaget representative as well as Qstar. Access to rowboat, fishing waters and cozy walking paths. Municipal swimming area and multi-arena, distance 600 meters. The nearest town is Valdemarsvik, 1.5 miles. There is a bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a small TV room with a sofa bed for two. Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer and stove with oven. Toilet indoors and outdoor shower with hot water.

Here you can relax in peace and quiet but still be close to shops and other facilities. You have large areas with lawns and proximity to the forest with nice walks right outside the door. Child-friendly nice swimming area is on the other side of the lake 1.5 km from the house. The house has three bedrooms upstairs with 2 beds in each room. On the ground floor, there is a toilet, two common rooms and a kitchen with all the necessary equipment for your stay, in the basement there is a washing machine and a shower room

Secluded cottage by a small lake

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. A small cottage located by a lake with access to its own jetty, wood-fired sauna, boat and free fishing. There is access to, among other things, a refrigerator, TC (dry toilet), fresh water in a jug and charging via a USB port and solar cells (see picture). The cabin is heated with wood. Sanitary facilities are 4 km away with access to shower and toilet. There is a forest road to the cabin. The guest cleans themselves and brings their own sheets and firewood.

Welcome to Gula Huset in Ukna! Newly renovated house with nice garden and close to both forest and lake. Located in the middle of Ukna, about 1 hour by car to Astrid Lindgren's World and 1.5 hours to Kolmården Zoo. Two bedrooms with a double bed and a smaller crawl space with a single bed are on the upper floor along with a toilet. Downstairs, there is a TV room with sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, toilet with shower, spacious kitchen and dining area. Perfect for families with children or larger groups!

In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Feel free to rent our wood-fired hot tub and enjoy this during an evening or two, see info about renting the hot tub, note! There is no jacuzzi, so no bubbles. Bath temperature is 39-40 degrees in the hot tub. Moderate distance to both Vimmerby, ALS and Kolmården. There is a swimming area, Loftern, near the cottage. It is family-friendly and offers a nice grass beach. Directions will be sent upon booking.
