You bike smoothly both to Getterön and Varbergs Fortress in about 20 minutes. Bus stop is about 7 minutes from the property. Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Our guest cottage with its own entrance from the street, and its own secluded patio, offers fresh and comfortable accommodation close to the center and 1.7 km to Skrea beach. Pizzeria and large grocery store (Coop) 75 m from the door. Approximately 5 min to restaurants and bars in the center and 10-15 min to the beach (on foot). Large free parking right across the street. Wifi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bed linen or towels are not included, can be rented for 100 SEK/person. There is a duvet and pillow.

Super cozy accommodation almost directly on the beach in Apelviken / Södra Näs. A small cottage of 15 sqm located on our property. There is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower as well as TV. The patio boasts a glorious sea view with wonderful sunsets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free. If you are a kitesurfer, wind wave or SUPare, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. The final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.

Cozy guesthouse, approx. 15 sqm, for two people in a small, quiet suburb of Falkenberg, only 8 min walk to the sea and the beach. There is a small deck out front with a small garden, perfect for a quiet breakfast in the morning sun. 2,3 km to the supermarket, a GREAT bakery, gas station and some other small shops. 5,5 km to the city center. 38 km to Ge-Kås in Ullared. For the active, there is an award-winning cycling trail (Kattegatt-leden) within close vicinity of the cabin.

Welcome to Bua! A tiny house with a nice atmosphere, what we in Sweden call an "Attefallshus". Its 25 square metre, with a sleeping loft. Only 600m to the sea and just 100m to a small forest with nice walks. Bua is a small fishing village at the west coast of Sweden, close to Gothenburg (65km), Kungsbacka (38km) Varberg (25km) & the famous shopping place GeKås Ullared (50km). Our place is close to a nice view of the sea. You'll love our place because of the views, the location and the atmosphere. Toppstugan is about 7 km from Falkenberg's center and about 600 meters from a lovely sandy beach that you will surely like. New for 2023 is that we have fenced in the large terrace so that dogs can avoid being on a leash.
