With a walk of about 15 minutes you reach public transport as well as large Coop store, flower shop, Systembolag and Pharmacy. The cottage is shared and functions as a semi-detached house/terraced house but is divided with a completely private front where you as a guest live with your own entrance, lawn, toilet, shower, kitchen and parking as well as the other rooms shown in the listing description. In the cottage there is, among other things, a kettle grill, a high chair, and a TV with DVD.

Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. 2 parking spaces for cars belong to the house. 1 space in the garage + 1 on the driveway in front of the garage. The house is within walking distance, about 1.5 km from Falkenberg railway station and about 2 km from Falkenberg city center via a pleasant walk along Ätran & Vallarna.

The house is a stone's throw from the E6 = easy to get here and go on an outing. Västra stranden is 4 km from the door, and there are plenty of playgrounds, walking paths and outdoor activities right nearby. The house offers 5 beds, but there is the option of having 2 mattresses on the floor if needed. This is done in consultation with the landlord.

A large grocery store is located just a couple of minutes away by foot and there are two restaurants on the other side of the street from the house.
