An in-house restaurant makes for an easy night of dining in. Tea & coffee making facilities plus a microwave allows you to come home for lunch or a snack, or stay in the studio for a meal at night. Sauna, communal ski room, drying room, ski hire within the complex. Direct access outside via the rear hallway.

Fully furnished & boasting stunning views, the apartment is available year-round. During the winter season, bookings are offered in set stays: Fri–Sun, Sun–Fri, Fri–Fri, or Sun–Sun.

With direct, private access to the Great Valley Trail and the Ovens River, The Stables provides luxurious bespoke accommodation and complimentary mountain bikes for your stay. Located on 10 acres, The Stables is an outbuilding to the family home, along with our farm stay, The Barn. Within 10 minutes to the tourist town of Bright, and in close proximity to Falls Creek and Mt Hotham, only a short 45 minute drive away for hiking & skiing. Welcome to your mini mountain home! Hotel room/studio with some cooking facilities. Central Falls Creek village location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *2026 is byo towels & linen due to having a baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. If you can't bring own linen & towels please ask and I'll arrange.

The perfect place for a romantic couples getaway. Carabella is set up and priced for a couple. As there are only two beds, we can accomodate a second couple or third person, or two single guests - each extra guest over 2 people is $50 per night. Carabella offers boutique decor, private deck and garden located in the greater grounds of the main house. Relax and recharge in this plush private apartment surrounded by an exquisite country garden.
