Trefillan is our 5 bedroom home 200m from the beach, next to Swanpool nature reserve on the outskirts of Falmouth. Recently renovated with huge open plan cooking dining and lounge. South facing patio, table tennis room and sea views. EV charger. 3 rooms with king size beds, 1 with a double bed and a 5th (very large) room with double bed and additional double and single mattresses. Suitable for 10 adults or families with children. Large garden, parking, WiFi, 65" Sky TV, PS4 etc. Quiet area.
