Fantastic Beach House, Sea View, Indoor Pool & Spa

Maenporth Estate is an outstanding holiday destination with stunning views of the sea, exotic gardens and woodland. The house is well equipped, high quality, self catered accommodation, just a few minutes walk from the sandy beach. Close to Falmouth and the Helford river this perfect holiday spot is set in a “Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty”. With all inclusive facilities, the local beach, newly refurbished swimming pool and leisure centre are fab for all ages, couples and families.

Bream Barn is a spacious dog friendly little house set within a pretty two acre garden, with open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining/lounge, woodburner, bedroom, huge shower, BBQ. Located between sandy Maenporth beach (10-15mins walk) & the pretty village of Mawnan Smith (also 10-15 mins walk) with cafes and restaurants within walking distance & a good pub. Short walk to Bream Cove, great for swimming. 10 mins drive to vibrant Falmouth. It is secluded, private & in a beautiful coastal setting

"My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water ten minutes drive from Falmouth Town centre, and from the beaches, all good swimming beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a private sunny garden. The village has a local food shop for those basics, If you fancy a drink we have a village pub, which offers seating outside. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access.

A modern living area features a comfortable sofa facing large glass doors that open to a scenic view of lush greenery and distant hills. The kitchen area includes cabinetry and appliances, while a dining table is situated on the patio outside.

Breathtaking views St Agnes

Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry.
