Surrounded by beautiful grounds and historic outhouses, located 1.5k from Tramore beach which stretches almost 7k (behind St Patrick’s Links, Roasapenna Golf Course). Other nearby attractions include the Boardwalk Resort (1k), the famous Glen Bar & Restaurant (3k), Doe Castle (4k), Ards Friary, Marble Hill & Dunfanaghy (14k).

A 5-minute drive to numerous award-winning restaurants and cosy pubs and just a 10-minute walk to the village of Clonmany.

Carr's Cottage is only minutes drive from cafes, golf courses, fishing and breathtaking walks. A great location for exploring the wonderful Fanad and Rosguill Peninsulas.

The Bluestack Way runs along the renowned Ownea Salmon River, which is only a stone's throw from the house. Explore the nearby trails and forestry, enjoy a good book under the Wisteria pergola or simply soak in the hot tub - whatever takes your fancy!

The Barn

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.
