soggiornare in questa casa è stato come sentirsi a casa propria, c'era tutto quello che serve per godersi il weekend in relax, non mancava proprio nulla! La casa è circondata dal verde con qualche altalena per i bimbi, e vicino c'è un maneggio in cui è possibile prendere lezioni o fare semplici giri a cavallo. Marco è un host perfetto, sempre disponibile e reattivo, e molto amichevole nei modi. Consigliato assolutamente!

Wir waren Mitte April für 4 Nächte Gast bei Daniela (2 Personen). Gestartet mit einer umwerfend herzlichen Begrüssung beim check-in zog sich ihr Service durch den ganzen Aufenthalt. Nachfragen ob alles ok ist und Kümmern bei Anliegen. Charmante und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft - nicht zu viel 'Schnick-Schnack' und nicht so steril-modern, einfach genau unser Geschmack. Sehr sauber. Super zentral gelegen und doch etwas abseits der "Hauptmeile". Die Stadt/Promenade lässt sich gut zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad oder mit Bus erkunden. Alles in allem: einladend und lebensfroh -> perfekt, um (vom Alltag) abzuschalten und sich zu erholen. Wir kommen wieder :)

Die Kommunikation mit Valentina verlief reibungslos. Wir konnten sogar schon früher einchecken. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber schön eingerichtet. Wir sind viel von da aus mit dem Bus gefahren, was sehr einfach mit der Kreditkarte ist. Valentina hat uns gute Restaurants in der Nähe empfohlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Nous avons conversé avec le service de conciergerie Simonetta et Silvia qui ont été très réactives et ponctuelles. Nous avons eu un Check in avancé en raison de notre vol, Le ménage était en cours et nous avons été rassurées. Pour 5 participants l L’appartement est parfait, une chambre, chacune avec une literie très confortable. Il manque un peu de lumière naturelle parce que c’est un rez-de-chaussée. Il y a deux serviettes par convives une paire de chaussons gracieusement offerte. Un dépôt de bagages est aussi à côté des appartements, bien pratique. The place was extremely nice, with open spaces, natural light and an amazing terrace. Located in a peaceful and beautiful corner in Trastevere, it is the perfect place to relax after exploring Rome. We will definitely come back.

Appartamento a due passi dalla spiaggia e con accesso immediato a ristoranti, bar e supermercati, posizione ottima! Posto auto interno gratuito. Appartamento pulito, ordinato ed essenziale.. tutto ciò che serve per passare qualche giorno di relax. Cristiano e Ervis super disponibili e presenti per ogni necessità! Abbiamo chiesto un seggiolone e un lettino da campeggio per nostro figlio e ci è stato dato senza spese aggiunte! La signora delle pulizie molto cordiale e disponibile! Grazie! A presto!

Great apartment and host. The apartment was exactly as advertised, everything was spot-on and clean. Nothing looked old or dirty. It’s a 40-50 minute walk from the city top attractions or a 20-30 minute bus drive. The host is very friendly and responsive. There is a supermarket next door. At one of the 5 nights that we stayed the upper floor neighbor was moving furniture or something and it got loud - but it was probably a one-off incident. Highly recommend.

Eugenia's home is located in a great area and she was great in communicating with us. She was able to get us a car service to pick us up from the cruise terminal in Civitavecchia and drop us at at the Rome airport FCO. That was very helpful, as the drivers knew exactly where to go and were very helpful with our luggage!
