The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

La nostra meravigliosa casa dove viviamo in inverno, ogni angolo profuma di emozioni, qui é nata la nostra piccola Emma e abbiamo trascorso momenti indimenticabili . L’appartamento è situato a 200 mt dalla spiaggia e 2 km dal centro e si trova in un piccolo condominio silenzioso e sicuro lontano dai rumori della città. Ampio monolocale con bagno, salotto e angolo cottura. Uso del giardino e piscina. Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione gratuitamente due biciclette con sedili per bimbi . La spiaggia attrezzata con bagnìno e bar/ristorante è di fronte a casa, il costo è di 10€ al giorno per ombrellone e due sdraie (maggio,giugno,settembre) e 15€ (luglio,agosto). L'ospitalità e la condivisione di momenti felici sono la nostra passione e per questo abbiamo pensato di ristrutturare questa meravigliosa casetta per far vivere indimenticabili momenti. E' una casa confortevole dove si respira tranquillità. Il nostro patio con vista mare è ottimo per colazioni, pranzi o aperitivi al tramonto.

Il nostro stupendo e rilassante appartamento è situato proprio accanto al centro storico all'interno di un piccolo condomio molto tranquillo. Posizione ideale per chi arriva in auto ( PARCHEGGIO GRATUITO SU STRADA), pullman ( vicino la fermata dei pullman). Nella nostra accogliente casa si respira serenità e italianità . Il nostro meraviglioso spazio esterno è ottimo per colazioni o aperitivi. Siamo in una delle zone più centrali di Fano dove trovi molti negozi da alimentari, farmacia, supermarket e tradizionali ristoranti. Il centro è a 100 m e siamo fuori dalla ztl.
