We had a wonderful family getaway at Ann’s place! It was the perfect escape from the city—peaceful, scenic, and full of charm. The cottage offered stunning views, and we loved being surrounded by so many animals. The kids especially fell in love with the dogs and are already missing them! The location is also ideal, with easy access to Hanging Rock and the lovely towns around the Macedon Ranges. We’d absolutely love to come back again!

Genevieve did everything possible to make our stay a great experience. I booked this as a surprise birthday getaway for my partner, and without me having to ask, Genevieve added a bunch of little treats to celebrate. Everything was super clean, and the little things like turning on the towel heater was a great touch for our stay. Both my partner and I had the best time, using the fire pit to toast marshmallows gifted to us by the hosts, and enjoying the beautiful sunrise with a cup of tea overlooking the most peaceful landscape. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice getaway, it is so worth the money.

We had a fantastic stay as two families with 5 kids. The house is perfect for a cozy weekend away and the deck is the perfect place to relax and take in the surroundings. Nige is a great host and we will definitely be back!

I'd highly recommend Stephanie's country cottages to anyone looking for a peaceful bush getaway. A friendly and gracious host, we felt right at home straight away and the cottage was lovely and comfortable. The garden is a fantastic place to do some star gazing, then have a copy fire to warm back up. Just loved it. Thank you for having us Stephanie!

Stayed for two nights with family as attended the red hot summer festival. Clean & comfortable space, lots of room on the couch for all of us. Comfy beds & pillows. Walkable distance to the Jockey Club (approx 20-25mins). House situated at the back, so fairly quiet. Thanks for having us & we will definitely use again in the future.

We enjoyed a great working stay at Robyn’s place. The home was very clean and tidy with great rooms for everyone, excellent heating and cooling, and it was close to the centre of Bendigo for all the beautiful parks and restaurants and other things to do. Thanks Robyn :) We would love to stay again when we head that way.

Spotlessly clean and beautifully curated, the cottage was everything we could have hoped for and more. Peaceful, comfortable and filled with thoughtful touches, it also felt private which we appreciated. The welcome bottle of fizz was very generous as were all the other amenities designed to create a feeling of home away from home. Only a five minute drive from Daylesford, the location was super convenient and easily accessible. Similarly, Heather was incredibly responsive and quick to help with local tips and suggestions. An all-round lovely stay! We hope to visit again one day soon.

Perrin’s Place provided a perfect family getaway. Conveniently situated in central Daylesford, the property has been landscaped on a steeply sloping hillside enhancing the spectacular views at both sunrise and sunset. Attention to detail in the gardens was a highlight including the ambience the extensive outdoor lighting and furniture provided. Each room was tastefully decorated and luxury linen provided. The heating (coonara and ample supply of chopped wood), split system and electric heater, plus cooling controls made the stay very comfortable while unexpected bonuses included a large tv, incredible sound bar, multiple channels and a portable speaker to listen to music or the news. All bathroom and kitchen amenities were well stocked. Andrew was helpful and communicative. Highly recommend Perrin’s Place for an unforgettable stay in Daylesford.

Beautiful home close to Lake Wendouree and a lovely stroll to town and cafes. Clare is a great host who was very helpful and friendly to communicate with.
