The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Villa Rādyca (1150m above sea level) consists of 6 bedrooms (16 beds), a living room, a kitchen, 4 bathrooms and a games room ... for a total of over 200sqm. It is located in "Le Scalate", a green residential area in Villa Celiera, within Gran Sasso-Monti della Laga National Park, between Mt. Morrone and Merletti di Villa Celiera rocky spurs, with views of the surrounding mountains, and is also a few kilometres from the Piana del Voltigno. Pescara and the beach are 40km away.

Equipped with a tavern with a fireplace for dinners with friends, and a pergola with a window where you can enjoy a barbecue overlooking the olive groves, bicycle shelter and/or for 4-legged friends, sunbed and deckchair to enjoy the outdoor spaces.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
