In the green of Tuscany La Gegia Matta is the guesthouse of Villa Ruschi, a magnificent eighteenth-century property characterized by the typical Tuscan style. It is located in the center of Calci, in Val Graziosa and is easily accessible both by car and motorcycle. Nearby you will find restaurants, wine bars, groceries and you can also visit the beautiful Certosa di Calci. It is 10 minutes from Pisa, 20 minutes from Lucca , 1 hour from Florence and 20 minutes from the beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast.

Casa Doris is a country estate dating back to the 1750s, encircled by its private gardens and immersed in the Tuscan countryside. It is near Livorno and the Tuscan Archipelago, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, and other cities of art. Casa Doris is elegant, spacious, and comfortable. It is quiet and surrounded by olive orchards and cypresses. The gardens and swimming pool are exclusively for our guests. Casa Doris is suitable for couples, families with children, and small groups. Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.

The quiet, picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from Downtown.

Casa Lori is a recently renovated 140 year old workers cottage nestled on the grounds of the main residence. It is situated a five minute walk to the centre of the historic village of Fauglia, where you can find great food, bars, a gelateria and grocery shops.
