The studio is attached to our farmhouse, the entrance is independent of the house. Ideally located because it's close to the airport, Wembi, the Gd stadium, Lille. We speak English. We welcome you to our 2 guest rooms, located in a real green setting, near the Phalempin forest. Easy access to large cities while being quiet. The accommodation has a living room and a kitchen on the ground floor, a terrace overlooking the garden, a bedroom with bathroom upstairs. The building is independent. Breakfast is served on site. Close to major roads, Lille, Arras, Tournai, Bethune and Lens are less than 1/2 hour away, and Douai is 10 minutes away. The Annex is a 50 m2 extension of my home that is totally independent. The ANNEX will welcome you in a family atmosphere. For your professional stays, your weekend discoveries, or to take your exams (GAYANT EXPO 10 minutes away) we will put everything at your disposal to make your stay enjoyable.
