Between the house and the mountain is Sulphur Creek, where beautiful rainbows are often seen in spring. That's why it's also called Rainbow Valley. There is also a sapphire fountain within walking distance, and you need to make an appointment with the Taipei City Water Conservancy Bureau to visit.
