Bathing can be enjoyed outside, all year round with cold and hot water faucet. So there is NO indoor bath in the house. The wood-burning stove and heat pump are installed in the middle of the house, electric radiators. Stove & small fridge in the kitchen.

The holiday home is located in Sønderby on the island of Femø with rural surroundings and the most beautiful view of the field and the Smålandshavet - which is a bird sanctuary. Here, the family can enjoy peace and quiet in our bright, 160 sqm home on two floors on the west side of the island, with the most beautiful sunset over the sea. At night, you will be surprised by the clear starry sky. The house has Wi-Fi fiber 1000 Mbit. When the heat is needed, guests pay for the consumption of the heating oil at the daily price.

My charming wooden cottage, located 100 meters from the edge of the forest, invites you to the simple primitive life surrounded by peace and beautiful nature. The house has been newly renovated, including brand new floors. There is a heat pump, electric panel and wood-burning stove. There are games for children and adults and toys for children and childlike souls. Has been rented out by the previous owner with super good reviews of the house and place. NOTE: THERE IS NO INTERNET in the house.

Our basement apartment offers everything you need for a 2 persons stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for small meals, there is a smaller dining area in the room, along with a double bed. Toilet separate from the bathroom and laundry facilities in connection with the bathroom. Private entrance with key box in case we are not home to greet you.
