Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, downstairs bedroom with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for poor walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There is a small dog at the address, but not in the annex. New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Suitable as a base for, e.g. business people, students or tourists who want to be in the city, see Copenhagen by train, but also close to the beach, golf, forest and history just outside. The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Stay cozy in the countryside

Cozy accommodation at Flintebjerggaard, a recreational farm 12 km east of Næstved. Come and stay in our old farmhouse, where we have furnished a smaller home with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. From the kitchen/living room, there is access to the loft with a double sofa bed. From the living room, there is a view of the garden and chickens (rooster crowing may occur!), and access to a paved small terrace, which may be used by you - in the summer season, there is garden furniture. The property is open with fields and orchards around.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

Originally listed as a horse stable in 1832, this building is now converted into a charming home with its own kitchen and toilet. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a stop along the way on the bike holiday. On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and living room in one, with access to a private terrace as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival.

Charming home from 1832 with low ceilings, but high to the sky out in the cozy garden. Enjoy the holiday with barbecue and sunbathing in the garden or coziness inside the house with fire in the wood stove. The house is located in Borre with 6 km to Møns Klint and 4 km to the beach at the end of Kobbelgårdsvej. There are two bicycles for free use for trips around the beautiful Møn nature. Upon arrival, the bed will be made up and there will be towels for use. Feel free to use everything in the house😊
