Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Felgueiras

It's a little paradise. It was three wonderful days.

The perfect location, with places to shop and to visit nearby, plus a pharmacy. In addition to the fantastic attention, we were provided the phone number in case we needed anything and we were sent links from places to see in the area. Everything fantastic, we will definitely come back🥰

What a fabulous place, and even more importantly, wonderful, responsive owners. Barbara’s father greeted us on the property a short time after we arrived, with treats in hand for us, and an offer to help with anything we might need throughout our stay, even giving us his cell phone e should we need it any time day or night. Bread was waiting for us at our front door every morning. Barbara checked in with us daily via text to offer suggestions for day trips and eateries. After we checked out, Portugal suffered a national power outage and Barbara sent us a text to make sure we were ok. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very clean, spacious and bright. We were able to enjoy the fruits and vegetables from the gardens ( oranges, salad, beans) and even the eggs of the chickens. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The welcome that was made by Maria's husband was very warm. We recommend this listing

With the accommodation offered by Rosa, we are not far from having achieved perfection: upon arrival, in the accommodation, there are many nice little touches. Then there's nothing missing in the layout and supply of the kitchen. In the other rooms, same observation and, in addition,you're never in the middle of it. Everything is wonderfully maintained. And what to say about this double shower that was particularly appreciated. We can only highly recommend this place on the edge of the city in a village atmosphere.

We had a lovely stay at this house, the garden is beautiful with its delicious oranges. The beds are plentiful and allowed the family to find their place without stepping on them. The kitchen is large and nice.

Antonio is an excellent host. He patiently waited for us for over an hour as we were delayed. He personally showed us the apartment and it's amenities. The apartment is clearly a labour of love. It is very well maintained. The rooms are large, the kitchen is great and the bathrooms are spotlessly clean. It is located at walking distance from all major historical places. With Antonio's responsiveness and personal touch, we could not have asked for more.

Easy communication with the host. It made it easy for us to check in and respond quite quickly. Apartment in very good condition and clean.

The stay at Abi and Regina's house was fantastic. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days and we felt right at home. It is a beautiful and intimate house, ideal to rest and disconnect. The surroundings of the property are wonderful. As soon as we arrived, Regina gave us a tour to see the whole place and we were able to see her orchards and eat some tangerines that were very tasty. That night we attended a magic lantern show that Abi and Regina offered to some international students and the next day Abi himself gave us a tour of the museum they have on the property. Listening to Abi's explanations and taking a tour of her life and work and that of Regina was a privilege. Seeing so much passion in what they do has been a wonderful gift. We had a great time in this house, it really is a luxury to be able to live in such an inspiring and beautiful place. We are already looking forward to spending a few days here again!

Carla was very nice and gave us all kinds of facilities. She deserves to be a super host !!

Staff was wonderful, very helpful and responsive. We had a delightful wine tasting. They set up a taxi to take us to town and told us where to have dinner. The small village was extremely charming, we had a great dinner and our taxi driver was waiting to take us back after. The room and property were top notch. the only minor issue we had and it may be our fault, is we were further away from the Douro Valley than we thought. The directions were correct, but I missed my turn into the property, it isnt much of a road and it sneaks up on you. It would be challenging to find at night. But in the end, we were extremely pleased with our experience and very glad we stayed. We would wholeheartedly recommend it!!

Very nice place to spend a few days with the family. Highly recommended for those with young children. The house was spotless and the outdoor garden is great for spending some quality time. Mr. Vitor was very friendly and always very quick to respond. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and fast. He gave several suggestions of places to go for lunch/dinner or shopping. The house is located in a very nice village and relatively close to other towns/big cities with a lot to do. I recommend it 100% for anyone planning to stay in this area.

The site is truly wonderful, it has easy access to the jacuzzi pool, and the sauna. lacks some indication of their use, but nothing that has been complicated or impossible. the phenomenal room! The bathroom and kitchen very clean. Generally an excellent place to chill out.

I highly recommend staying here if you want some peace and quiet. Beautiful views, great kitchen for cooking, and greats hosts. 10/10

As a family with a lot of teens, I loved how many spaces this house had for hanging out. Also, having so many rooms with two single beds instead of shared beds is so nice when you have a lot of teens along. The outdoor spaces are so beautiful and peaceful and the yard is full of plants and flowers. We enjoyed the ease to reach Guimarães. We would happily return to this lovely home.

Abilio's place is amazing, bathrooms and rooms renovated and very well heated. In the social areas the rural and most classic charm has been maintained that creates a cozy and familiar place. The kitchen is equipped with everything and the appliances work wonderfully. Friendly hosts at all times. I recommend this place 100%, it is not too close to the city center but it is very worth it for its value for money.

We had a wonderful time in Portugal, and Antonio's place was a perfect base for our day trips. The house was lovely with lots of space and beautiful decor. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The gardens had lots to explore, and fruit trees and a vegetable patch. Our children loved the house and we all had lots to do, including a playroom with loads of toys, dozens of boardgames, and just really nice spots to sit and read. Antonio was super friendly, very easily contactable, very quick to respond, and gave us lots of nice suggestions. We've had an amazing time at his amazing family home!

Great space and view, quite far away from groceries, so remember to stock up. Great pool and very nice place with good room layout.

Helena did everything to make us feel at home in the beautiful casa. The perfect ingredient for a sunny summer. Warmly recommended.
