This large, bright apartment without vis-à-vis, located in a 1920s building in the immediate vicinity of downtown Douai will seduce you with its amenities and decoration. You are a 10 minute walk from the Place d 'Armes and the great belfry of Douai, 15 minutes walk from the train station and right next to shops, restaurants and public transport.
